Vegan Mozzarella Cheese

This has been one of my favorite recipes of all time. It is perfect on any pizza you’re looking to make but it’s also very versatile and can me used in other recipes like vegan quesadillas!



  • 1 Cup Soaked Cashews

  • 1 1/2 Cup Water

  • 2 Tsp Garlic Powder

  • 2 Tsp Onion Powder

  • 2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast

  • 1-2 Tbsp Tapioca Powder

  • Salt and Pepper to Taste


  1. In a a high power blended add all the ingredients. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until everything is nice and smooth.

  2. Once its smooth add it to a sauce pan and heat over medium heat. It’ll start to cook quickly so whisk constantly. It’ll thicken up very quickly and once it reaches your desired thicken remove from heat.

  3. Add to the top of your favorite pizza or any dish and enjoy!
