Vanilla Protein Oatmeal

In the mornings after I finish my daily yoga session I'm ready to get some warm food in my belly to refuel myself. So recently I have been taking my usual oatmeal recipe and adding the Tropeka lean protein vanilla powder which is 100% vegan! Their protein powder is the best tasting one I've ever had. I can't wait to get my hands on more of their products because as of now all I have is the one protein powder unfortunately!



  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1 cup vegan milk

  • 1 cup water

  • 1-2 tablespoon Tropeka Lean Protein Vanilla Powder

  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts (optional)

  • toppings of choice


  1. In a sauce pan over medium-high heat add all the ingredients and whisk to combine.

  2. Bring to a boil and stir constantly until you've reached your desired consistency.

  3. Add to a bowl and add your desired topping. My favorites right now are fresh fruit, frozen blueberries, coconut shreds, cacao nibs, and homemade granola.
