Tofu Club Sandwich

Life has been pretty busy for me recently. It has led to many afternoons where I am scrambling to make lunch after running errands and waiting to long to eat my next meal. As a very busy young girl and can't recommend this sandwich enough. I am currently it's biggest fan.



  • Extra Firm Tofu

  • Dried Parsley

  • Garlic Powder

  • Onion Powder

  • Salt and Pepper

  • Gluten Free Bread

  • Lettuce

  • Tomato

  • Red Onion

  • Oil-Free Agave Mustard


  1. Start by heating a skillet over medium heat.

  2. Next take your block of tofu and cut it into about half inch slabs. Season each slab with Italian seasoning and salt and pepper on both sides.

  3. Place the slabs on the skillet and allow to toast. I prefer not using oil to do this because it is not necessary but if you would like to or need to you can!

  4. While the tofu is cooking go ahead and toast your bread and get your toppings ready.

  5. Then make my Oil-Free Agave Mustard Dressing that I can assure you is a game changer for your sandwich.

  6. Once you've flipped your tofu and allowed it to toast up on the other side assemble your sandwich with all the toppings you want, seriously load it up there's no such thing as too much, and enjoy!
