Summer Smoothie Bowl
This smoothie bowl makes my summer soul feel warm in this cold rainy winter. Seriously it’s currently storming for the fourth week in a row and somehow the cold smoothies are still calling my name.
1-2 Frozen Bananas
1 Cup Frozen Mango and Papaya
1 Tbsp Plain Soy Protein Powder
Water or Vegan Milk to Blend
Add all the ingredients to a high power blender and add however much water depending on how thick or thin you like your bowls.
Once it’s all smooth add it to a bowl and top it with your favorite toppings. Mine are homemade granola, chia pudding, fresh fruit, and of course peanut butter.
