Spirulina Smoothie Bowl

Spirulina is one of my favorite smoothie add ins because of the beautiful color it gives to everything and not to mention the crazy good health benefits!



  • 1-2 Frozen Banana

  • 1 Handful Kale

  • 1 Tsp Green Spirulina (Or Blue Or Both)

  • 1 Tbsp Soy Protein Powder

  • Water to Blend


  1. Add all your ingredients up in a blender and start with very little water and add more as needed.

  2. Blend until completely smooth and them top with your favorite toppings like fresh fruit shredded coconut or homemade granola!
