Pink Pitaya Smoothie Bowl
It may be winter in the states while I’m writing out this recipe but I feel like no weather can stop me from eating smoothie bowls for breakfast. Even if I’m shivering once I finish my bowl the cravings can never stop. Especially when the bowls look as pretty as this one the color is amazing!
2-3 Frozen Bananas
1/2 Cup Frozen Strawberries
1/2 Cup Frozen Mango
Water to Blend
Add all ingredients to a high power blender or food process and blend on high until completely smooth.
Add extra water when needed to blend and add your favorite toppings!
