Pina Colada Protein Smoothie

For me this flavor combo is just this description of summer. Typically it' comes in pre-made mixed bottles full of dairy and refined sugar and just all the wrong things! You can start your day right with great ingredients and still the same amazing flavor of pina colada!



  • 1 Cup Coconut Chia Pudding

  • 1/2 Cup Pineapple Chunks

  • 1 Ripe Banana

  • 1/2 Cup Ice

  • 1-2 Tbsp Plain Soy Protein Powder

  • Water to Blend


  1. Make the Chia Pudding before hand. You can use my recipe here. I like to make a bunch of chia pudding at the beginning of the week and keep it in my fridge as I go.

  2. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend on high until everything is completely smooth. Now pretend you’re on the beach and enjoy!
