Oil-Free Ranch Dressing

This versatile dressing is a staple in my fridge. Its so easy to add to almost anything and its so simple to make. Its also very light compared to your typical ranch because its made without oil!



  • 1 Cup Raw or Soaked Cashews

  • 1/2 - 1 Cup Water

  • 2 Tsp Garlic Powder

  • 2 Tsp Onion Powder

  • 1 Tsp Dried Parsley

  • 1 Tsp Dried Chives

  • 1/2 Tsp Dried Dill

  • Salt and Pepper to Taste


  1. Depending on the power of your blender you can soak your cashews or not. I find Iā€™m able to make this recipe without soaking them using my vitamix

  2. Add cashews, water, garlic, and onion powder to your blender. Start by using 1/2 cup of water and add more to reach your desired consistency.

  3. Blend on high power for about 1-2 minutes just to make sure that your dressing is not chunky or grainy.

  4. Transfer the dressing into a jar or container and add the rest of the ingredients. give it a good shake or whisk to make sure everything is combined well.

  5. Now top on your favorite salad, tacos, or nachos and enjoy!
