Oil-Free Agave Mustard Dressing

Growing up Honey Mustard was one of my favorite things. I would seriously eat it on everything and I was so happy when I went vegan that it could easily be made using vegan mayo and some agave. I would always eat it sparingly still because the high amounts of oil would always make me feel like shit. Now that I have this recipe there is nothing holding me back from drowning everything in agave mustard and it feels good friends.

  • 1 Cup Raw Cashews
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Agave or Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 Cup Dijon Mustard

  1. I want to keep this recipe shot and sweet because it really is so simple. Start by soaking your cashews (This isn't necessary but it will help them blend easier)
  2. Then add everything to a blender and blend on high for a good minute until everything is nice, creamy, and smooth.
  3. Now you're done! It can be used as salad dressing, on a sandwich, or just a dipping sauce for some fries.
