Oil-Free Agave Mustard Dressing
Growing up Honey Mustard was one of my favorite things. I would seriously eat it on everything and I was so happy when I went vegan that it could easily be made using vegan mayo and some agave. I would always eat it sparingly still because the high amounts of oil would always make me feel like shit. Now that I have this recipe there is nothing holding me back from drowning everything in agave mustard and it feels good friends.
- 1 Cup Raw Cashews
- 1 Cup Water
- 1/2 Cup Agave or Pure Maple Syrup
- 1/2 Cup Dijon Mustard
- I want to keep this recipe shot and sweet because it really is so simple. Start by soaking your cashews (This isn't necessary but it will help them blend easier)
- Then add everything to a blender and blend on high for a good minute until everything is nice, creamy, and smooth.
- Now you're done! It can be used as salad dressing, on a sandwich, or just a dipping sauce for some fries.
