Dark Cherry Smoothie Bowl

Cherries are probably one of my all time favorite foods. Unfortunately they’re only in season for a short amount of time. Although my grocery store stocks them in the freezer section which I am forever grateful for when that cherry craving hits! This recipe is extremely simple but that’s something that I love so much about it. Simple and satisfying!



  • 2 Frozen Bananas

  • 1 Cup Frozen Dark Cherries

  • Water to Blend


  1. Add all the ingredients to your blender and blend on high until it is completely smooth!

  2. Add water depending on how think you want your smoothie to be. I try to add as little water as possible because I love my smoothie bowls extra thick.

  3. Top with any granola, coconut, fruits, nuts or seeds and enjoy!
