Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding

Chia pudding has always been a go to breakfast recipe for me. It’s so easy to throw in the fridge the night before and has it ready to go for breakfast in the morning. Topping it with a little homemade granola and its perfect!



  • 1/4 Cup Chia Seeds

  • 1 Can of Coconut Milk

  • 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder

  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1 Tsp Maca Powder

  • Sweetener to Taste


  1. In a jar add all the ingredients. Give it a good shake and make sure everything is well combined.

  2. Set it in the fridge overnight or for at least 4-6 hours.

  3. In the morning grab it add some homemade granola and fresh fruit and enjoy!
