Oil-Free Buffalo Tahini Dressing

If you’re like me I go through long periods of time where I just can’t get enough of buffalo flavored anything. But I've never enjoyed eating it too often because store bight buffalo sauces tend to be very high in oil and sodium. Once I tried this combo it saved me and my buffalo cravings.



  • 1/2 Cup Tahini

  • Juice of 1 Lemon

  • 1/4 Cup Hot Sauce

  • Water to Thin it out

  • Salt and Pepper to Taste


  1. Add all the ingredients to a jar or bowl except for the water. Give it a good mix so that everything combines.

  2. From here add water as needed to give your dressing the desired consistency you’d like. Enjoy!
