Bright and Green Smoothie Bowl

Sometimes it's hard to stay on track with a healthy lifestyle when life can feel like every thing is moving so fast. Sometimes when you start off your morning on track with the right foods it can change the path for the rest of your day. This is one of my favorite breakfast to help get me back in the mindset of healthy living and eating.



  • 1-2 Frozen Banana
  • 2 Heaping Handfuls of Spinach
  • 1 Tbsp Barley Grass Juice Powder (or greens powder of choice)
  • 1/2 Tbsp Spurlina
  • 2 Tbsp Hemp Hearts


  1. Add all the ingredients to a high power blender and blend. Add water as needed but try using as little as possible if you want it extra thick.
  2. Add to a bowl and add all the toppings you'd like. On this day I topped mine with my favorite Chia Seed Pudding, some fresh fruit, shredded coconut, and cacao nibs.
