Blueberry Pitaya Bowl
When it comes to making smoothie bowls one of the keys to making it perfect is making it thick! This takes a lot of patience…even with a very powerful blender. Which is something I lack sometimes but hey a semi chunky smoothie never hurt anyone.
1-2 Frozen Bananas
1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
Handful of Kale (Optional)
Water to Blend
Add all the ingredients to a high power blender or food processor. Blend on high for 2-3 minutes or until the smoothie is smooth (or chunky if you’re impatient like me)
Transfer to a bowl and top with anything you’d like! My favorites are granola, shredded coconut, fresh fruit, and nut butter.
