Blueberry Molasses Smoothie

I feel like we all know molasses isn’t the most amazing tasting food out there. The only reason people put up with it is for the great health benefits. So why not get the great health benefits while also making it taste good? Sounds like a good plan to me.

Ingredients

  • 1 Frozen Banana

  • 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries

  • 1 Tbsp Black strap Molasses

  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon

  • Water to Blend

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and add how every much water you prefer. This depend on how thick or thin you’d like your smoothie.

  2. Blend it all up on high until all the chunks of blueberry are blended and enjoy!
